Make sure you install the mods in the following order.
Click on a mod to expand the content
As for the previous step , we will create a separator for our user interface mods.
Right click on OUPUTS select All Mods -> create separator.

Ethereal Clouds is a Lore-friendly retexture of the clouds of Skyrim. My aim was to make cloud textures that are neutral in appearance, so they will blend with any lighting mods, and add more visual interest than the default clouds.

In Mod Organizer 2 click on add mod button
Browse to NOLVUS\ARCHIVE\5 VISUALS\5.8 SKY\ETHEREAL CLOUDS SE - 2K-2393-3-0-1603321016.7z and select OK
Fill informations as shown and click on OK.
Drag and drop Ethereal Clouds above OUTPUTS and check the mod.
Removes color banding and smooths the sky transition between horizon, middle and top of the sky. Designed with ENBSeries in mind, but it has no dependency of it and improves the vanilla visuals as well.

Slightly Improves the Clouds Mesh, primarily fixes the Horizon clouds gap.

Drag and drop Improved Clouds Mesh above OUTPUTS and check the mod.Select LOOT from the right combobox and click on Run button (Always run it from Mod Organizer)
Click on the sort button

Click on Apply
