Skyrim SE plugins architecture allows a maximum of 255 ESP plugins(Mod Organizer 2 right plane).
An ESL plugins does not count for this 255 plugins limit.
At this point we can convert some ESP plugins to ESL plugins to save some space.

When downloaded extract the file R88_ESLify-42211-0-2-1605073948.rar to a temporary location.
You should get these files
Copy these files to your NOLVUS\TOOLS\SSEEdit folder.
When copied, right click on the file NOLVUS\TOOLS\SSEEdit\R88_ESLify.bat and select Edit
Scroll down to the bottom of the file and add an argument for the stock game folder like this
In MO2, create an executable shortcut (same way as previously seen in section 1.3) and configure it like this
Where D:\ is you SSD drive letter.
Click on Apply and close the window.
Select R88 ESLify in MO2 dropdown list and click on Execute
Type SSE
Hit Enter
Select all plugins and click OK
Be sure you selected all plugins that can be converted EXCEPT the following
NEVER SELECT THESE 3 PLUGINS.
Click on OK then close the window.
